Montana Lease Renewal Offer

Propose a new term and rent for an existing Montana tenancy. Until both sides sign, the current lease and Montana notice rules still control.

• Either party may end a month-to-month tenancy with at least 30 days’ written notice (Mont. Code Ann. § 70-24-441).
• A signed renewal is what changes the term. This paper is the offer.
• Do not use a renewal to skip Mont. Code Ann. § 70-25-202.
