Iowa Lease Renewal Offer

Propose a new term and rent for an existing Iowa tenancy. Until both sides sign, the current lease and Iowa notice rules still control.

• Either party may end a month-to-month tenancy with at least 30 days’ written notice (Iowa Code § 562A.34).
• A signed renewal is what changes the term. This paper is the offer.
