Vermont Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a Vermont tenancy will end on a stated date. Notice to end a periodic tenancy is generally 21 days if the tenant has lived there under two years, and 60 days if two years or more (Vt. Stat. Ann. tit. 9, § 4467). This paper is not a pay-or-quit, not a court filing, and not a lockout.
