Ohio Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a Ohio tenancy will end on a stated date. Either party may end a month-to-month tenancy with at least 30 days’ notice (Ohio Rev. Code § 5321.17). This paper is not a pay-or-quit, not a court filing, and not a lockout.
