New Mexico Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a New Mexico tenancy will end on a stated date. Either party may end a month-to-month tenancy with at least 30 days’ written notice (N.M. Stat. Ann. § 47-8-37). This paper is not a pay-or-quit, not a court filing, and not a lockout.
