Nebraska Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a Nebraska tenancy will end on a stated date. Either party may end a month-to-month tenancy with at least 30 days’ written notice (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76-1437). This paper is not a pay-or-quit, not a court filing, and not a lockout.
