Michigan Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a Michigan tenancy will end on a stated date. A month-to-month tenancy generally takes one rental period’s written notice, often 30 days (Mich. Comp. Laws § 554.134). This paper is not a pay-or-quit, not a court filing, and not a lockout.
