Maryland Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a Maryland tenancy will end on a stated date. A month-to-month tenancy generally takes 30 days’ written notice, and some longer occupancies take 60 days (Md. Code Ann., Real Prop. § 8-402). This paper is not a pay-or-quit, not a court filing, and not a lockout.
