Maine Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a Maine tenancy will end on a stated date. A month-to-month tenancy generally takes 30 days’ written notice (Me. Stat. tit. 14, § 6002). This paper is not a pay-or-quit, not a court filing, and not a lockout.
