Georgia Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a Georgia tenancy will end on a stated date. A Georgia tenancy at will generally takes 60 days’ notice from the landlord or 30 days’ notice from the tenant (O.C.G.A. § 44-7-7). A written month-to-month lease can set a different lawful notice period. This paper is not a pay-or-quit, not a court filing, and not a lockout.
