Colorado Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a Colorado tenancy will end on a stated date. A month-to-month tenancy generally takes at least 21 days’ written notice (Colo. Rev. Stat. § 13-40-107). This paper is not a pay-or-quit, not a court filing, and not a lockout.
