Arizona Move-In Condition Checklist

Arizona requires a move-in condition form when you take a deposit. Fill it out on day one. It is what you will compare against the 14-day itemized list at move-out.

Give the tenant a signed lease and a damage form at move-in (A.R.S. § 33-1321).
Tell the tenant they may be present at the move-out inspection.
This checklist is not a lease.
