Utah Month-to-Month Rental Agreement

A Utah month-to-month tenancy continues until someone ends it with proper notice. A month-to-month tenancy generally takes 15 days’ notice (Utah Code § 78B-6-802). Utah does not set a statewide maximum security deposit.
