Nevada Month-to-Month Rental Agreement
A Nevada month-to-month tenancy continues until someone ends it with proper notice. A month-to-month tenancy generally takes 30 days’ written notice (Nev. Rev. Stat. § 40.251). The usual security-deposit cap is 3× monthly rent.
