Kentucky Month-to-Month Rental Agreement

A Kentucky month-to-month tenancy continues until someone ends it with proper notice. Either party may end a month-to-month tenancy with at least 30 days’ written notice (Ky. Rev. Stat. § 383.695). Kentucky does not set a statewide maximum security deposit.
