Idaho Month-to-Month Rental Agreement

A Idaho month-to-month tenancy continues until someone ends it with proper notice. A month-to-month tenancy generally takes at least one month’s written notice (Idaho Code § 55-208). Idaho does not set a statewide maximum security deposit.
