Colorado Month-to-Month Rental Agreement

A Colorado month-to-month tenancy continues until someone ends it with proper notice. A month-to-month tenancy generally takes at least 21 days’ written notice (Colo. Rev. Stat. § 13-40-107). The usual security-deposit cap is 2× monthly rent.
