Oregon Eviction Notice

Oregon’s 10-day rent notice (13 if mailed only) is the usual nonpayment step. Just-cause limits apply to many terminations after the occupancy period. This generator builds a written Oregon eviction notice (pay-or-quit, cure-or-quit, end-of-term, or unconditional quit) around those deadlines. It is not a court summons, and it is not permission to change the locks.

• Nonpayment notices are often 10 days.
• A 14-day notice is typical for a curable violation (§ 90.392).
• ORS 90.427 requires a qualifying reason to end many tenancies after the statutory occupancy period.
