Florida’s 3-day rent notice does not count weekends or legal holidays. The 7-day notice is for other curable problems. This is not a summons. This generator builds a written Florida eviction notice (pay-or-quit, cure-or-quit, end-of-term, or unconditional quit) around those deadlines. It is not a court summons, and it is not permission to change the locks.

• Nonpayment notices are often 3 days.
• A curable noncompliance generally takes a 7-day notice (§ 83.56(2)).
• This notice does not start a court case. If the tenant stays, file in the proper court and have the papers served.
