Minnesota Lease Renewal Offer

Propose a new term and rent for an existing Minnesota tenancy. Until both sides sign, the current lease and Minnesota notice rules still control.

• A month-to-month tenancy generally takes written notice at least equal to the interval between rent payments (Minn. Stat. § 504B.135).
