Maine Lease Renewal Offer

Propose a new term and rent for an existing Maine tenancy. Until both sides sign, the current lease and Maine notice rules still control.

• A month-to-month tenancy generally takes 30 days’ written notice (Me. Stat. tit. 14, § 6002).
• A signed renewal is what changes the term. This paper is the offer.
• Do not use a renewal to skip Me. Stat. tit. 14, § 6032.
