Idaho Lease Renewal Offer

Propose a new term and rent for an existing Idaho tenancy. Until both sides sign, the current lease and Idaho notice rules still control.

• A month-to-month tenancy generally takes at least one month’s written notice (Idaho Code § 55-208).
• A signed renewal is what changes the term. This paper is the offer.
