Arizona Lease Renewal Offer

Propose a new term and rent for an existing Arizona tenancy. Until both sides sign, the current lease and Arizona notice rules still control.

Either party may end a month-to-month tenancy with at least 30 days’ written notice (A.R.S. § 33-1375).
A signed renewal is what changes the term. This paper is the offer.
