Alaska Lease Renewal Offer

Propose a new term and rent for an existing Alaska tenancy. Until both sides sign, the current lease and Alaska notice rules still control.

• Either party may end a month-to-month tenancy with at least 30 days’ written notice (Alaska Stat. § 34.03.290).
• A signed renewal is what changes the term. This paper is the offer.
• Do not use a renewal to skip Alaska Stat. § 34.03.070.
