Washington Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a Washington tenancy will end on a stated date. A tenant may end a month-to-month tenancy with at least 20 days’ notice before the end of the period. After 12 months, a landlord generally needs a qualifying just-cause reason (Wash. Rev. Code §§ 59.18.200, 59.18.650). This paper is not a pay-or-quit, not a court filing, and not a lockout.
