Oregon Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a Oregon tenancy will end on a stated date. A tenant may end a month-to-month tenancy with 30 days’ notice. After the statutory occupancy period, a landlord generally needs a qualifying reason and longer notice (Or. Rev. Stat. § 90.427).
