Minnesota Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a Minnesota tenancy will end on a stated date. A month-to-month tenancy generally takes written notice at least equal to the interval between rent payments (Minn. Stat. § 504B.135). This paper is not a pay-or-quit, not a court filing, and not a lockout.
