Florida Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a Florida tenancy will end on a stated date. If rent is paid monthly, either party generally may end a month-to-month tenancy with 15 days’ written notice before the end of the monthly period (Fla. Stat. § 83.57). This paper is not a pay-or-quit, not a court filing, and not a lockout.
