Delaware Notice to Vacate
Give written notice that a Delaware tenancy will end on a stated date. A month-to-month tenancy generally takes 60 days’ written notice (Del. Code Ann. tit. 25, § 5106). This paper is not a pay-or-quit, not a court filing, and not a lockout.
