Georgia Move-Out Condition Checklist
Walk the Georgia unit at surrender and write down condition before you send the deposit accounting. Unused deposit is generally due within 30 days (O.C.G.A. §§ 44-7-30.1, 44-7-30 to 44-7-35). Compare this list to the move-in checklist.
- Usual return clock: 30 days.
- Ordinary wear and tear is not deductible.
- Ask for a written forwarding address and record whether keys were returned.
Open a filled sample with every optional field and checkbox completed.
