Florida Move-Out Condition Checklist
Walk the Florida unit at surrender and write down condition before you send the deposit accounting. Unused deposit is generally due within 15 days (Fla. Stat. § 83.49). Compare this list to the move-in checklist.
- Usual return clock: 15 days.
- Ordinary wear and tear is not deductible.
- Ask for a written forwarding address and record whether keys were returned.
Open a filled sample with every optional field and checkbox completed.
