Minnesota Month-to-Month Rental Agreement
A Minnesota month-to-month tenancy continues until someone ends it with proper notice. A month-to-month tenancy generally takes written notice at least equal to the interval between rent payments (Minn. Stat. § 504B.135). Minnesota does not set a statewide maximum security deposit.
