South Carolina’s URLTA uses a 5-day rent notice and a 14-day cure notice. This generator builds a written South Carolina eviction notice (pay-or-quit, cure-or-quit, end-of-term, or unconditional quit) around those deadlines. It is not a court summons, and it is not permission to change the locks.

• Nonpayment notices are often 5 days.
• A 14-day notice is typical for other curable noncompliance (§ 27-40-710).
