Colorado Security Deposit Receipt
Record that a security deposit was received on a Colorado rental. Unused deposit is generally due within 30 days (Colo. Rev. Stat. §§ 38-12-102.5, 38-12-103). This receipt is not the itemized accounting due at move-out.
